InterHealthTour acts as an information intermediary and referral service. We are not party to any treatment contract between you and a partner clinic. Your treatment contract is directly with the clinic. InterHealthTour is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcomes of medical treatment provided by partner clinics.
We use reasonable care to list only clinics with valid international accreditation. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of accreditation information provided by clinics. Patients are encouraged to independently verify accreditation before travel.
By using our services you agree to: provide accurate medical information, follow all pre-operative instructions provided by your clinic, obtain adequate travel and medical insurance, and consult your domestic physician before travelling for treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterHealthTour’s liability is limited to the referral coordination fee paid (which for patients is £0). InterHealthTour is not liable for any medical complications, travel disruption, clinic insolvency, or consequential losses.
